Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a Pixel Realms purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds for Pixel Realms are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for our sales.

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order you would like refunded.
  3. Click "Request a refund" and follow the instructions.

You can also contact Shahar Shaer through the in-app support channel and we will help you open a refund with Paddle.

What we can refund

The 30-day guarantee covers standard purchases made through Pixel Realms — NX Cash packs, item bundles, mounts, pets, and any other product sold via checkout.

For consumable in-game currency and items, we may deduct the value of items that have already been used or consumed in-game before processing the refund.

Processing time

Once Paddle approves a refund, the money is returned to the original payment method. It normally arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we would much rather resolve the issue directly and issue a refund.
