Pixel Realms ("the Service", "we", "us") is provided by Shahar Shaer(the "Seller"). By creating an account or using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Shahar Shaer.
By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement, or that a parent/guardian has consented.
Pixel Realms is an online multiplayer role-playing game. Access is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features, maps, items, and pricing may change over time.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular you agree not to:
All rights in the Service — including software, artwork, monster and item designs, audio, and branding — are and remain the property of Shahar Shaer or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play. No other rights are granted.
In-game currency (including "mesos" and "NX Cash"), items, mounts, and pets are a limited license to use digital content within the Service. They have no monetary value outside the Service, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be modified or removed as needed to operate the game.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud, death, or personal injury).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Shahar Shaer via the in-app support channel. For anything related to your order, invoice, or a refund, please contact Paddle at paddle.net.
